AUSTRALIA WIDE DELIVERY

All parcels will be delivered and tracked by Australia Post.

Processing times can range between 1-5 days. Generally, greeting cards will be dispatched within 1-3 business days while prints can take up to 5 business days. If there are any delays, we will keep you informed via email.

Once your order is dispatched, it may be subject to delivery times with Australia Post and these times can only be used as a rough guide.

Rural Australian areas may incur longer transit times.

We work as hard as we can to process your order as quickly as possible.

Standard shipping:

Greeting Cards: $15.00

Prints: $23.00

During peak times such as public holidays and celebratory periods/days please allow an extra 2-3 days to receive your shipping confirmation email.

Returns

I gladly accept returns and exchanges

Contact me within: 14 days of delivery

Dispatch items back within: 30 days of delivery

I don't accept cancellations.

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
